How do you guys take sick leaves here, the sick leave policy here sucks. Getting a medical certificate is a task. I have 11 sick leaves lapsing this year and i dont have any earned leaves. Want to take leave for next 3 days in this week and 3 days in the next week too. Please suggest what to do? Any ideas are welcome.

Simply go to any local doctor and buy one medical certificate. Ask them to mention treatment from and to date, at below mention your aadhar no.
Scan the certificate, then using samsung image eraser feature, erase all dates. And take multiple printout.
Every time enter the dates as per your requirement, and scan document in black and white filter and upload it.
My friend is using this trick from last 2 years
I have gone to small clinics as well as big doctors as well they say this is illegal we can’t give. But i have a certificate i can erase the data only concern if do they really check strictly. I know they dont but sometimes unfortunately there’s a possibility of getting caught
Directly visit office clinc doctor in office and say I am not feeling well too much lose motion due to office food and unable to sit in office.
What should I do now..
I need 2/4 days rest to rest and recover.
Direct take the certificate from office and apply.
Chill.
If they don't give download from google and apply.
If you have any medical prescription from Mbbs doctor you can use it just write there 7 days bed rest .
Mention some diseases like tonsilatis or something and mention that take bed rest donot travel outside
If they think they are smart you need to be smarter than them .Use all your leaves
Use cnh care application you can directly consult doctor and provide any reson they will give you the certificate
