How do you intervew without being terrified? I work at a HF and it seems like the the industry is so small. Everyone knows everyone and they all live in 1 of 4 towns. It seems like every time I respond to a recruiter, I’m taking the largest risk.

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.
