What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

"Should I tell recruiters to only contact me via email?". Yes. And for the love of god, DO NOT DO ANYTHING RELATED TO JOB SEARCHING AT WORK OR ON WORK DEVICES!!!!! IT can see this. Your nosy coworkers can see this. It is a terrible idea. Keep it outside of business hours, and if/when you get to the interview stage, take PTO if you have to to avoid giving yourself away.
You can take phone calls during your lunch break. I would recommend asking recruiters to email you and then you can schedule a time to talk with them.
Email could probably help. But honestly, if you're already on your way out, I don't think it matters that much. Just do your job search and try to be quiet about it.
