How do you manage productivity when juggling multiple work tools?


Lately I’ve been curious — for those of you in fast-paced jobs, how do you stay productive while jumping between so many apps (Outlook, Teams, Slack, Notion, Excel, etc.)?

Do you have a system that keeps everything in sync, or do you just adapt and deal with the chaos?

I feel like there’s got to be a smarter way, but maybe it’s just part of modern work life. Would love to hear how you all handle it.
