Started in big 4 audit, qualified after 3.5yrs then moved to big 4 ops consulting within the same industry vertical (FS) and have spent 2.5 years here with progressions but no promotion. Unsure if i should stay or leave? What have realistic exit opps are there from consulting apart from ops manager/change manager?

Would the kind of work in Pharma industry right out of MBA better than going there through consulting? I am getting offer for Brand Manager at Eli Lilly but fear the work will get very narrow and repetitive.
