Cooking for the work week, getting my clothes ready based on the weather, checking my calendar to see if I need to prepare anything for Monday morning

Do you take all your outfits out on Sunday night?
Ugh I’m lying in bed reading Fishbowl and wishing it were still Sunday.
Look at my calendar for what’s coming up, spend Sunday organizing my physical space and doing laundry etc.

Laundry is too real lol
I use my weekends to relax so I can be energized for the week. I try to start slow on Mondays and gain momentum as the week goes by. I organize and prioritize my tasks on Monday and make sure I am caught up on emails and voicemails. I don't ever want to hit the ground running and be stressed on Monday's. There's time enough for stress by the time I hit mid-week - lol.
If I have time in the evening I try to catch up on emails and review my calendar so I can prep for meetings on Monday. I also make sure laundry is caught up and the kitchen is clean so my Monday morning runs a little smoother
I just sleep and relax. I started avoiding parties and outside activities during the weekends a year ago. I usually just go out to treat myself dinner every once in a while. I do it so I can replenish my energy and use it for another week's work.

^i have a similar reaction… but I can’t help but wonder how my social calendar suffers 😳
I look at my work calendar and then I plan my meals based on how much effort it will take. I am not too big on meal prep so at least my meals are planned.
I rest and recreate on Sat. Sunday I grocery shop, do the wash and food prep five breakfast and lunches. Try to go to bed early with limited wine during the dinner and evening
