I find it just comes down to doing things day by day. There are periods that are stressful, but I just try to navigate through them. It's important to have some perspective, of course. For the most part I enjoy my job and my coworkers, and if things happen at times that are unpleasant or stressful I just consider that as part of the whole and keep moving forward.

Yes definitely, although that can be hard to look at it like that during stressful situations as your mind does take over but it is important.
That's a great question because I'm learning about this as well. It's definitely tough. A big thing for me is making sure I'm practicing self-care and taking care of my physical and mental wellness outside of the workplace. Going to the gym, going to therapy, spending time practicing my faith and seeing my friends. If I'm not doing those things, I know work is going to get to me.

Yes that does wonders for your brain, I’ve recently been more active doing that as it’s such a wind down after work I would really recommend it!

Very good advice actually!

I protect one non negotiable habit outside work. For me it is movement or quiet time. When busy periods hit, I lower expectations elsewhere but I do not sacrifice that anchor. It keeps me steady long term.

Yes good for the mentality!
