Working out is almost daily routine at this point for me and it helps me relax
It’s definitely a healthy way to release stress!
I usually like to go for a nice walk at the end of the workday. I'm loving this time of year as we've finally got some nice cool weather and walks in the evening feel great. I listen to podcasts or music and just don't think at all about work. By the time I get home I feel like I'm on my own personal time.

Anything that doesn't involve a screen. Sometimes that might be baking and/or cooking, other times I go out for a run or head to the gym. My mental health was in a bad place for awhile, and limiting my screen time has made a huge difference.
Yes! I can always tell when my mental health is bad when my screen time is up
