How does one process and recover from workplace trauma? My past 2 jobs I have been physically assaulted at, and both companies HR response was to victim blame me. One of them terminated me, the other I still unfortunately work at lower than part-time for a paycheck (it’s a 1099 position). Police isn’t following up with me on either cases I filed charges against these people. Any advice?

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining... I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back.
