I think my overall career trajectory is product and advancing to a more strategic product role as time goes on. The product I work on started off as a B2C type product but we're starting to become more B2C and C2C and working towards being a social media platform. I always wanted to be the person to build a new type of social media platform so I feel like im living my dream but didnt know I would be when I took the job. I was formerly in sales so this career is much much better and im happy in it
I am already on the point of my professional career that I am not feeling what I do in product. Seems like something is missing and I want to make a switch. I think I am just burnt out and should be taking PTO to relax myself a bit.
If I am gonna be honest, I don't feel so well. I feel lack I ran out of creative of juices. I need inspiration.
Good question. I can say that I am hopeful. Hopeful for the things that are yet to come.
Not at all....and I am really starting to feel burnt out. I am thinking about finding a new career to be honest.

I am in a place I did not anticipate I would be - moved into a product/program role with a lot of leadership role involved. It is very satisfying but also sooooo hectic and makes me feel I am responsible for the world. A week off in Dec made a world of difference too.
But it makes me feel I am on the right path. I just need to learn how to balance it all. I have recently started to say no and to draw boundaries. I think that'll play a huge role with the burn out I am starting to feel.
I thought I’d still be at MBB but managers were way too trifling for the 🥜 they pay per hour. Left for product in less than 2 years

All the folks who are feeling burnt out and unsure if this is the right career, what do you plan to do about it?
Aside from fantasizing about early retirement? 😂 I am trying to cultivate interests outside of work and signed up for an art class. Also actively looking for another job (hoping there’s something out there that’s a better fit and maybe that will help). I just saw this post that I plan to spend time on: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/jadebonacolta_how-to-find-your-ikigai-4-step-framework-activity-7018931720074731520-_wYc?
