Would not go to Infosys, you might get a raise now but that raise will only keep you happy for x amount of time before either A the job doesn’t make you happy or B you won’t get the same pay acceleration you desire
Infosys, TCS, these companies have very toxic culture, you don’t want to associate yourself with them
If you want that to be your comp for several years while dealing with toxic culture - sure. You can say goodbye to any decent exit
All these reviews must be fake -or they paid someone to name them as a top place to work.
50% minimum
We’re in really rough shape, so can you imagine what it’s like over there. Would only move for at least 50% more and only if I was either at the end of my career or I felt Accenture was likely to end it for me.
INFY TCS WIPRO doesn’t pay well
As someone who has worked at Accenture and TCS. TCS absolutely sucked. I don’t think Infosys is any different from TCS. If you are mentally prepared for toxic work culture then if you end up with good people you won’t be disappointed.
Are you mad?
I interviewed with them and TCS while at ACN. It’ll likely be a pay cut.
