Has anyone else worked two programming roles at one time?
I currently work as a Contracted Software Engineer and I’m set to finish my contracted time at the end of October. To stay ahead of game I started to move forward in the interview process with another opportunity as an Application Software Programmer and just received notification that I got the position. I definitely could use the extra paycheck to help out with my financial obligations. Just wanted to see if anyone has done this before.

Anyone feel like it is hard to articulate how your PA experience is applicable for industry ? Had an interview with a company recruiter who wasn’t very familiar with auditing... then felt I had to explain what it was I did day to day and ended up down a rabbit hole.

Quick question: Do you think is it fine to be asked for preparing an outline for marketing plan as an assessment test so, employer decide if you will be the right fit for position ?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done.
