How is consulting structured at Accenture? For example, in most B4, consulting is a business line that includes everything from strategy consulting to cloud migration and application managed service. Everyone in the business line is trained on how to be a consultant, even if delivering cloud. Is it the same at Accenture, or are things like cloud a separate business and not part of consulting? If the latter, how is consulting pulled in and what does it look like?
