I Currently work for an MNC in Kerala, I've 4.4 years of experience in software development. Currently leading a team of 6 developers. Recently I got an offer from Rakuten India, Bengaluru location. As Senior Software Engineer 1, Rakuten offered 13.5L as CTC + 1.4L as joining bonus. My current CTC is 7.2LPA. As per my research on the salary for this role at Rakuten, the offered one is low. 48days of notice period is left What i can expect from Rakuten India for this role?,How can i negotiate?

I worked with Fiserv for 3 years as a senior engineer, from past 10 months I have joined FIS Global.
1. WLB : In FIS WLB is very good comparatively to Fiserv. Some of the projects have worst WLB in Fiserv.
2. Appraisals : Are almost same. But when I resigned in Fiserv mine appraisal for last year was due, as I resigned they didn't provide me any appraisal. But in FIS when one of my colleague resigned still they provided the appraisal and hike letter, even in notice period. So policy wise FIS is better.
3. Leaves : Better in Fiserv
4. In hand salary : Better in Fiserv
5. Projects : both org have almost same projects as domain is same. Depends upon your luck what you are getting.
6. Tracking : Fiserv is using a tool named Sapience which tracks all your machine and time. If you are away from machine for 2 mins, time accounted into personal time. If you open Times Of India or any other website which is not being used for work, it comes under personal time. You need to show 8 hrs of productive time each day. Else manager will mail you have meeting etc. I heard that now it is not being considered, but still it may impact. In FIS there is no tracking.
7. When I was in Fiserv, they were started with the technical tests for all employees as per there respective roles. As well as 10 online assignments of Secure Code Warrior (Portal for Secure Coding) to be completed annually. No tests or assignments in FIS
8. FIS is providing WFH setup cost of 22K, with no questions or receipts asked. No setup cost in Fiserv.
9. Monthly internet expense: FIS provides 1.5K per month for internet expenses, nothing from Fiserv.
10. Learning : Fiserv provides Udemy, FIS provides LinkedIn Learning subscription.
11. Certifications : Fiserv covers only certification cost, while FIS covers certification cost as well as 85% cost of any training if you enrolled.
12. Agile : Fiserv in more matured in terms of Agile, Processes, IT support more better than FIS.
Fiserv will have multiple projects and nobody can tell you prior about wlb in that prior joining

But again please check with your recruiter
