I reviewed few details on Glassdoor & ambitionbox but not getting accurate details.
I saw someone with 2 yrs experience getting around 12lpa for Technical Support Engineer in Microsoft.

Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.
