My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy

they’re inheriting some of the best of droga. lots of good people, great network, very respected. excited to see what they do as they’re new-ish to american scene and still building. but they’ve got momentum and are being watched.
Rethink is one of the top agencies in NYC. They're definitely an agency to aspire to, but they will also work you pretty hard. I think comparable agencies would be like Smartsites, Hamilton, and Penji. But Rethink is still the best out of those agencies
I don’t know any of the other agencies. Rethink compares well to David NY.
Canada is very good. On par with Mischief, Gut etc. NY is still pretty new. Haven’t seen much out of them. The CCO just left so keep an eye out.
Rethink is one of, if not the best agency in the world right now. Their NY office is still new and hasn’t put out as much work as Canada, but some great NY work still did well at Cannes this year. I’d love the opportunity to work there and you should take it if it’s an option for you.
I have not ever heard anything bad about them OP. That seems to be the place that everyone wants to be right now. If you can get a job with them then I would definitely go for it. I have heard nothing but good things and its definitely a great place to work.
