I have recently cleared the client round and took offer from mphasis but they are asking for 5daya WFO which is very difficult for me as I am having little child Currently I do not have any other offer in hand so I accepted their offer but simultaneously I heard that fesrv client is not so good and very strict in work from office policy Please suggest me what should I do in such situation today is my first day and I am hazitating.is anyone in the same bowl?

I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees. HR is checking my SP ID or GP ID which was allocated to me in the past but I don't recall it is. HR is checking this with US team and this process is taking time. If they cannot extract it due to some reason, will they release my offer letter? Please clarify this.
