Forget severance they will threaten to write bad things in your reliving letter if you don't follow them. They told me if I don't resign on probabition I will be mentioned behavioral issues on my relieving letter, I even had evidences where I was treated wrongly raised voices as well but they ignored. Reached out to CEG they said reach out to your leader whatever he says we have to follow.
I had to resign and they still mentioned that I had some issues in my behaviour in my relieving letter, that too even after I followed their advise to resign without offer. It's in GRC only.
I have faced lot of harassment here in that team.
I was under impression that relieving letter only involves role, duration of time worked

I won't take name of VP but he is youngest in age and less in maturity in GRC with no empathy and his reporting directly goes to US towards band 80.

They don't give any severance even they would reduce notice period and will not pay a single penny.
Some team in GRC are worse mainly ERM in GRC.

Yes what can we do such people exist everywhere the firm gives immense power to such people who can even force someone in probation to leave.
They don't spend time in work rather more in politics. It was before when Amex was good now it depends on team but you should be able to satisfy your senior leaders you got it I understand
