Altimetrik is not good organisation to consider because here projects are very less and bench period is too low .. by the way Ur tech and yoe??

Currently there aren't any projects, lots of new joiners and including people who joined last year have been placed on POC related work, there is no bench policy. Ask the HR when you will be placed on the project and if POC work is where u will be placed then don't join. Then to not give joining bonus and instead add it into ur salary.
you can join. everything is good in altimetrik except fact that you may be asked to leave anytime.
They are just doing poc on gen ai, if client likes it then they will get the projects. do u want to take that risk? All managers are bluffing here. We know the internal situation.
