Congratulations!!! I was about your age and only an associate (got promoted to senior right after i found out i was pregnant) with my first baby. It was tough because my priorities had shifted, but with communication and a lot of support from the team i work with, i made it through my first year as a senior with flying colors. Since, i had another baby and was promoted to manager in under 5 years. I don't think my trajectory has been affected much because it shifted slightly, my priorites are not the same, but i still feel that i was able to move ahead really fast. Communication and flexibility are key! Best of luck to you and hope you have an easy pregnancy!!
