Any recommendation for best brokers / banks for jumbo mortgage rates? NY metro area. Was quoted ~5.6% last week from Guaranteed Rate, but not sure if they’re brokering or lending themselves. If the former, I’d think I could find better rate going direct to lender.

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor!
