I have 3.9 year of experience in automation testing selenium and java. And have IBM offer of 8.93 and Now I have cleared interview of qualitest as well, how much should I ask from qualitest over 8.93 offer ?

I'm attending Qualitest interview tomorrow for the skillset of Selenium, Java and Automation. Any suggestions as how to prepare?
