How is WLB at Accenture?
Since I'm leaving TCS and I heard from some of my friends that it's always headache working in Accenture because all the time it seems like they will kick you out through PIP reports etc..

I have offer from capgemini and i have better offer from other org. I want to negotiate with capgemini and 18 April is my LWD in my current org. When I should negotiate with capgemini.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
