In my case, it took about a year to see my first raise, and bonuses were tied to property performance, so those came a bit later. At 1.5 years, it’s not too soon at all to ask, especially if you’ve taken on more responsibility or consistently get good feedback.
Took about a year to get my first "standard" raise...no bonus!
That sounds about right though. That is pretty typical for most of the jobs I have been in, in that industry.
It was 2 years before I was promoted, and then that came with a slight raise. Rare to see any meaningful pay bumps in the same role.
