How long does it take for someone who was hired as a manager (YOE 16plus) to move up as senior manager? Also do managers in EY have any team assigned to them or will they be individual contributors? EY

So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

Guys I didn't know that we have to submit declaration forms as well. Can you please tell me which are the declaration forms that I would need to fill and submit??
