i think that depends on you
Do not fret. 6 months to a year. And even then there’s still a lot of learning after that.
Depends on the role. Could take months or even years, depending on your industry.
Depends on the company culture and you .
I typically feel comfortable after a year or so on the job with a new employer.
It can take a long time sometimes - months even. Hang in there. It does get easier.

A year…six months to learn the business and 6 months to build relationships.
It took me 9 months to contribute productively in meetings.
Depends on how remote you are. If you are full time remote it’s going to take anywhere from 6-9months to get acclimated. May be longer.
For more context: I’ve been at my job for three months now. I wouldn’t necessarily say I feel uncomfortable, but I don’t feel like I’m giving my all during meetings (I work from home). OR I think I’m being way too hard on myself.
