I had my first interview with a firm the first week of January. I am still scheduling interviews with them. Part of me is wondering if they’re trying to see if I was fired.

It depends on who has to weigh in. At some firms, anyone can make an offer. At others, a pg committee decides and then has to get the firm admin to get the offer out, so it can take a while. Just keep checking in with the recruiter.
That’s insane… how many rounds have you done so far?
OP, is it for a posted role or an opportunistic hire? If posted for an immediate need, the typical timeline from final interview to offer is two days to about two weeks, although I've had things take much longer for various reasons. If it's opportunistic, then the firm may have interviewed you with the expectation of post-bonus attrition and may take a little more time, especially if the position wasn't pre-approved by leadership.
