How many days will it take to change HR status to offered status at LTM for a candidate having a 90-day notice period Its been 1 month from hr discussion there is no update from hr and when I called him he is sending me an automated message after rejecting my calls, does anyone know if this is normal behaviour at LTM?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

I asked mindtree to revise my compensation by informing of the counter offer and surprising they provided me the CTC i requested without asking for proof of counter offer. Is this something skeptical ?
