How many hours a week would you expect to be in the office every week to hit a 2400 yearly billable?

Simple math assuming you bill every second of the time you’re in the office would be 46.15. If you take no weeks off for vacation etc.

If you take two weeks off and no more you’re at 48.

Not being a smartass. But you’ll either have to pad your billing some, or spend a lot of time in the office.

I also work in ID but my goals are significantly less than yours.

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve

Hi 🐠,

I have recently joined Infosys and they have put me in a project where I will be the only guy working in the team and the team lead is at the onsite location. Are such projects good? Because I haven’t worked like this anywhere before.

TIA :)

Hey everyone! I recently sold my business and decided to transition to SAAS sales world. I’m actually surprised I’m getting a hard time from companies about being hired considering I funded, scaled, and sold my business of 6 years. Anyway I’m ideally looking for an AE role, but after couple of months of applying and getting nowhere I’m also open for an SDR role. Anyone that can refer me I’d be super grateful, thank you!

What’s a good salary to expect doing workers comp defense in Florida?

Anyone have any suggestions for getting a client to cooperate with discovery. We were retained by a insurance company for their insured and he has not returned emails or phone calls in about 4 weeks. Plaintiff’s counsel wants a settlement offer, and discovery responses or they’re gonna file a motion to compel. The company has been made aware of the insured’s noncooperation but they have tell us they’re pulling coverage for us to withdraw.

Anyone ever have to go to Small Claims Court? We just got assigned a case where a Plaintiff is disagreeing with the insurance company’s repair estimate for their vehicle from a fender bender.

I just started working in ID and Workers Comp. and have no substantial work experience in either. The closest experience I have is some personal injury work. Any advice transitioning into this area of law and how I can become better acquainted with this area of law, mainly procedural stuff? Thanks in advance!

I work at a small Midwest ID firm doing mostly MVAs for an Insurance Carrier. Currently have a case where where plaintiff is claiming extensive lost wages from missing tips from working as a bartender/waitress. Place of employment is a strip club, I got a feeling she’s a dancer not a bartender or waitress. But it got me wondering has anyone ran into someone claiming lost wages or revenue from being an OF creator and not being able to crate content due to injury?
