How many of my fellow mid-40s males have dealt with plateauing at the gym, decreased sex drive, and not sleeping long enough? How have you remedied situations like this? I've tweaked my diet some (more chicken/fish and less red meat, etc) and started taking zinc/magnesium daily after some casual research, but wondering what more I can control that won't bankrupt me lol Curious to hear from anyone willing to offer advice.

I’d recommend going to your PCP and getting a full blood work panel done. I’m speculating, but it sounds like you could be dealing with low testosterone.

Great. You might also want to look into hormone replacement therapy. It’s been incredibly helpful to me.
