I read the Rich Dad. It was nice to have new perspective when it comes to finance.

I’ve read most of the books on the list. Also considering these reading lists may be contributing to mono-think in corporate America. We all read the same books, may have attended the same schools and are taught to think similarity.
Will only comment that Becoming Steve Jobs is definitely the best bio on him. I’ve read it 2.5 times - aka, it was so amazing that I almost read it a third time but then got distracted by another book halfway thru

I agree with MCK1 on group think. I think books like Good to great, Built to last, Blue ocean strategy, and even Intelligent investor etc. contribute significantly to group think in upper echelons in corporate America.
Other books like Power of Habit, Influence, Freakonomics, Never split the difference make you smarter.
