How many times has a recruiter ghosted you after they reached out to you? It seems like an insulting thing that paints firms in a terrible light. Besides "prestige" why would anyone want to work at such rude companies

Final day at current company tomorrow and I have 100k+ AMEX points I need to use before they disappear forever. How should I redeem them to get the most bang for my buck?

Currently in industry at 135k salary, poor healthcare, amazing wlb, a month of parental leave, work is okay.

Are there any tax professionals in the Lancaster, PA area that are looking to leave public? The recruiter for my company says there's no one out there and I get that a LCOL area in Pennsylvania won't have the applicant pool as a bigger city but I find it hard to believe there are no tax people available for the jobs we have.

What do you do if you receive an IOI that is insultingly low? I feel like a lot of problems would be solved by putting a price on the company rather than go through the bid process.

Recruiter has told me salaries are £100k/£130k respectively. What are peoples salaries + bonus for these or similar roles in London? Would also be interesting to know analysts comp.
