Cringe
That’s not authentic love my friend. Sad.
Considered a catch by who? If you're targeting educated high earners, the bar is higher than if you're focusing on a more average person. Adjust for age too.
As seen in the thread, impressing the 30 year old lawyer is harder than the 22 year old aspiring musician/actor without a degree (waiter). I'd also say it isn't about a number as much as a lifestyle (can you afford your own place and travel) supported by a reputable and ideally stable earnings source.
Someone with good values and that wants to have a family with me. That’s about it. I am able to afford my own place so that’s good at least

Do guys value income when dating? I’m not yet 30, in a MCOL, and make $200+. Never felt like it gave me a leg up. Maybe in NYC it helps?
To answer your question, for me it’s about being able to maintain a similar lifestyle without me having to support you vs a fixed number.
@Meta - I work in London and I’d say I value that to an extent, work in Big Tech and would ideally want my partner to earn maybe like at least 70-80% of what I do? Which can still be a high bar for a lot of folks tbh.

Kinda low at 35 tbh. I made that at like 29
Sadly, agree with Director 1. 250 is the new “win” and I guess over 150 is stable
you just need to be making an equivalent income as the person you want to “catch” you or have some other (family etc) source of income that balances out. gay dating here is usually about meeting on the same level. not about finding a provider like straight people talk.
