Can anyone share the salary range for a Senior manager in IT at TD Bank in Toronto? Thanks in advance.

I recently interviewed for a small strat consulting company (energy industry). I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

How did you get better at cooking? I'm a guy - never mastered the skill - but can recognize that only making pasta is probably not ideal.
