How much does a test manager make in IBM??

I’ve just passed the final interview for a Business Development Manager position for SaltPay, UK. Does anyone know of the commission structure, KPI’s etc to expect? We didn’t get a chance to discuss it in my other interviews (it’s been a very quick process) . Would love to hear any insights you might have in the company. Thanks!

How yo check "base location" and "work location" in TCS offer letter? Will TCS follow this after joining and project allocation? Or will they force to transfer? (*considering the situation when it will be back to office)

Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). Are there certain firms that are more accepting of Tax backgrounds entering advisory positions? I’m a CPA with a couple years regional tax experience looking to transition to advisory/deals, but have struggled getting big 4 advisory interviews even with solid recommendations.
I’ve heard there’s solid opportunities in advisory type work for some other large firms outside big 4. Has anybody made a similar transition?

Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. Since then he has been offering to pay for my dinners, salon visits, shopping etc and I have accepted 3-4 times. I am in a steady relationship and my boyfriend doesn’t know about this.
