Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

don't know your exact context, but imma guess it's a CYA thing. if something's late he can say that he did what he could with asking for updates. if customers are hounding him and they found out he didn't check in regularly for updates on a hot load, that would look bad at him. that or just a micromanaging boss lol
I know it's difficult to do but just realize that your boss is probably getting some insane pressure from upstream, and if your boss is worth their salt they are protecting you from the majority of it. Yes, it's an incredibly frustrating thing, but you need to be ready and willing to speak with your boss and give updates at any time. Hands-free devices are a great invention.
That does seem a bit excessive. I've seen customers throw some of the hugest tantrums over what is essentially nothing, and all I can do is tell them that I am in contact with our team, then we sometimes have to do a conference call. It can even be a bit helpful if you are busy driving because that way the customer can see that our team is super busy and with any luck they'll feel a bit bad for interrupting you. Passive aggressive maybe but sometimes it's the only thing that works
It happens, it's probably an accountability think. if anything happens, he has the records to show that he was on top of it all
I've been there. At this point I kind of just erase it from my memory as it happens and move on with my work lol
Time to introduce GPS maybe?
Such a familiar state of affairs. Everyone wants someone to blame, and it often becomes a "shoot the messenger" kind of scenario... like the shipment would already be there if it weren't for logistics dragging their feet. It's ridiculous, really it is
