I understand why so many cities are trying to limit cars and make their neighborhoods more "walkable," but it really complicates deliveries. No parking spot? Then I can't really make a delivery. Has anyone here ever gotten a ticket for not being in a parking spot while making a delivery?

You are absolutely right, they have tried to modify without control in my opinion, because we were harmed but I can assure you that not only have we been fined for something like this, but also people have been fined in their day to day.

It is a problem when all the factors that can affect it are not taken into account, that is, in this case, it affects those of us who work in this area directly.

I had to deliver a series of products to a center for the elderly, they were not very clear about the unloading area so I had to park in a "restricted" area, there was nothing that said it was restricted but when I finished doing my job I had a big ticket.

If I have been fined 2 times, I have been saved from another two thanks to the fact that the officer has understood that there is no way to stop there to do my job without violating the law, that is, there is no way to make deliveries to that site.

I have been fined several times but I have settled many of them by taking photos of the place and taking them to court. I advise you to do that, obviously, there is an error, they know it but they will not do anything to fix it until we press.

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.
