Hi fishes...
Can anyone tell me about the training given in hashedin for lateral employees.
Is it only assessments or is some sort of training also given? And what is the difficulty level?
Will the instructors help the employees....?
Any information will be useful...🙂
Thanks in advance!

Always keep a resignation letter short & sweet.
"Dear Supervisor, I am resigning my position. My last day will be [date]. I appreciate my time here. (even if you do not) Sincerely, [your name]"
If you are asked about where you are going, simply respond that you prefer to keep that to yourself. You do not owe them additional information.
Agree with the previous post. Short and sweet. If they ask you for an exit interview, politely decline or give canned answers. Nothing will change as a result of your exit interview.
Unless you are going to use the job as a reference, I wouldn’t do a letter. And if you do, thank them for your time there and keep it short. Remember that they have language in there hiring contract that they can let you go when they feel like it. So if you aren’t going to use them, don’t do a letter. They don’t give you two weeks before they fire you
I would share very little. The culture will stay the same so just quietly move on to your next adventure.

After a few jobs and few years of working, I tend to avoid too much drama. It’s good to say if you had an issue with 1 person just so they know, but say it in as professional way as possible. After that’s id just focus on keeping it short and sweet.
Having never had many "real" jobs (been self employed forever), I did have an instance where I quit and kept it VERY short and to the point. I told the manager "I understand it's customary to give a 2 week notice. I'd like to give a 2 day notice. TODAY is my last day. See ya." 😎🤠
Short and sweet. My company watches the % company retention but they only care about specific demographics. If they cared, they would have reflected back on where they could have made a difference in retaining current talent, regardless of company role and job level.
