How much of a duration gap is there between your interviews for entry-level jobs vs senior-level jobs? My manager thinks I'm spending too long with entry-level candidates (too long being 30 minutes). How is one supposed to gauge anything about anyone in less time than that? Curious to know how others are doing it, and if I should maybe change how I am interacting with my candidates as of now.

Scale of 1-10, how crazy is it to check-in email the CDs you interviewed with? Unless there’s been a terrible accident I’m pretty sure the recruiter is ghosting me. The not knowing is killing me!

BCG is working to establish their presence in Canada but their team is focused on establishing top down. Bain doesn’t have digital focus. Can anyone shed some light on other T2 firms?

Hi all, I have a final round of interview at Meta for a PM position and the HR told me that I would be assigned an existing PM to help me prep better and to ask any questions about the next rounds. Unfortunately she has not assigned anyone yet after multiple follow ups and I have my interview on Monday. Could anyone guide me on what I should do? Should I be raising this during my interview?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.
