Hi Fishes
In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

As a PO I rarely do testing. It is understood from my QAs that they should be recording their testing for me ,since they already have to do it, and I can do additional testing if I don’t think everything was covered. That being said, I do not work for a small startup and we have QA resources on every team. That could be the difference.
I'm at a startup and we just went through layoffs so, at least for the time being, same here. I am thinking of bringing it to management's attention soon though because it will inevitably affect my performance and the team's if I can't keep up the juggling act.

In my previous company, I helped with testing at the start. But as the responsibilities piled up, I would delegate it to the QA team and would work with them on a list of specific UAT cases. And they would test it all, while I would test only really important ones that jumped out prior to the release.
I had to speak with my team and managers a couple of times before I was really able to offload testing because they were so used to me doing it. I would suggest talking to the team, and your manager but go with a plan to make sure it's covered. And then work to slowly offload it in steps. Let me know if you would like to discuss more.

My company has no QA interestingly and very in favor of devs doing majority of QA (along with testing etc.) so I surprisingly don’t spend too much time doing QA

All of the testing is UAT because of my SME role. QAT is completed by another group, but extensive UAT is required because the majority of our testing is manual, and QA doesn't catch everything. The SME portion of my role is one of the primary reasons why I'm looking at other opportunities in the new year.
