How often do you think clients are being honest when they say they 'don't have the budget'? In my experience, it often seems like budget constraints are used as a convenient excuse to avoid exploring innovative solutions or committing to larger projects. Have any of you smart folks on the bowl figured out tactics or questions that help reveal whether the budget truly is the limiting factor, or if there are other underlying concerns that need to be addressed? Share you experience with this!
