How someone is put on pip? I have got extreme right in all snapshots so far, but recently I had arguments with my manager which turned really bad and I have been thrown out of the project too for this, I had no other option but to raise remaining one month snapshot to him. Can I be put on pip if based on this snapshot?

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.
