I think it varies by office and team, but on my team leaving at lunch would be frowned upon but people who live far are totally fine to leave at 4 to get on train or whatever and keep working in transit or when they get home.
I have a friend who works there and she said it depends on your manager and team. Some teams are strict and others more flexible. It is really going to depend on what team you are on.
RTO hours are flexible. They want you in 3 days out of the week but it doesn’t have to be for the whole day. My team wouldn’t care if you came in for the morning, left at lunch and finished your day from home. Strictness is team by team and I know there are some speciality leads trying to push back.
I expect it will be going up to 4 at some point. Mostly because some people take the piss
I’ve been told that if you go in 2 days a week you are fine. But like others have said this is really dependent on your team and office. I don’t work with anyone in my office and it’s one the smaller offices so no one cares if I only come in two days a week.
We get reminders it’s mandatory by management if people start slacking. It’s adhered to.
Thanks everyone!
Sounds pretty standard to most companies I’m familiar with. Thank you!
