I’d find another job. A 3-4 hour meeting seems excessive unless it’s for training. In the meantime I would excuse myself for bathroom breaks as needed.

I sent a mail to HR too but get system generation mail of that they will terminate me if not reported to manager? Note: I have just joined induction for 2hrs nothing else
