Tell them you're not into sh!tting where you eat, and that their comments are not welcome. Document these interactions and take it to HR/Supervisor if it doesn't stop.
I'm really sorry you're dealing with this. To summarize - someone hit on you at work, you rebuffed them and told them absolutely no, and they laughed at you and have ignored you saying no?
If this happens again, tell them loudly you are not interested and to stop hitting on you, and you are reporting their behavior (and actually report it). Tell someone you trust at work to back you up - your boss, HR, a friend in the legal department.
The problem is I have complained about a women who spoke rude and unprofessional in work environment but my ceo likes her bossy nature and manager is also with her .I am a person who prefer peace and mind my own business and understood I need find right people who works for shared goals prefer profits over politics
Don't let the petty things they do occupy your mind or bother you. Such people get satisfaction by knowing that their actions are having an effect on you. Don't allow that to happen. It can be uncomfortable being in place where such people are given preference but, try to build your own circle of like minded people
