Does anyone here work for any public accounting firms in the Charlotte area with a decent work life balance? I am looking to go somewhere where I can focus on a few clients for longer periods of time rather than constantly bouncing around. I find it much less stressful to put in longer hours if it's a client that I have been scheduled on long term.

I want to find people who have made working 10+ hours norm in consulting. Seriously man...

Have my MBA in project management, however still young and lack the required experiences. Having a hard time landing interviews, what should I be searching to apply for? Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines? I feel like I’m the only one that can’t manage a 70+ case load without letting someone down. I constantly have to say “Can I do this tomorrow?” Etc. I don’t even have time to bill on the clock. I work until 7p at least every night. Top 10 family law firm.

Got shoutouts twice from a senior key stakeholders, basically nailed it on my project. Sadly I’m misaligned with my own group, I might be let go soon... 😔
