After having 4 rounds of interview with JPMorgan, I received an email asking last 3 months salary slips, info on salary and bonus drawn out and updated resume.
What are the chances they will extend an offer letter ?
Also what should be the Expected Fixed pay, currently drawing fixed pay as close to 21 lakh.
4 years of work exp as a Data Scientist and Masters in Business Economics.

I am interviewing for a 12-month remote design contract with McGraw Hill and their cap is $55K (with benefits), though not on salary. This feels a little low to me, especially after setting aside ~28% for self-employment taxes, but it would pivot my career more into edTech which I would love. Any thoughts on what I could negotiate into the contract outside of money to help make the offer more manageable? (If I receive the offer that is, of course).

I was committed to give 1lakh joining bonus in HCL during package discussion with HR but in offer it is not mentioned and I am asking with the HR for the same to revise the offer by including the JB. Whenever I ask them they are saying they will send me the updates offer within EOD but it is not coming. My Joining date is on 27th Oct. please suggest me what can be in this scenario
