Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

It’s a nice middle ground. Great culture, medium workload and intensity (much lower than MBB/T2) and medium pay, which is quite decent relative to the hours imo.
Progression is near guaranteed every 2-3 years if you’re half decent, and there’s no up or out. Can get frustrating when you’re working with other practices when they (on average) have no idea what they’re doing.
Big 4 culture and workload = toxic culture, heavy workload, minimal compensation, low caliber
Very similar. “Brand” has been completely diluted in the market by not saying separate from the Deloitte name.

Decent culture (almost B4 vibes), tough hours relative to D, and comp is lagging behind other T2’s (15-20%). On the plus side no up or out and relatively chill. Small office (150).
Definitely better than the quality (not even comparable) you’ll see at Deloitte outside “Monitor” (which doesn’t really exist anymore after the new org structure), for the most part, but nothing about Monitor really stands out. Many of the “stars” left over the last 2-3 years for much better opportunities, leaving behind good people who haven’t been able to leave, sub-par people, and narcissistic and nepotistic leadership.
Do they have much of a presence, have not really seen them around at client site / proposal rounds?
