Hi! I'm one of the 2 women on the engineering team of the tech scale-up I work at. I'm used to the masculine environment but I'm starting to notice more and more borderline sexist comments and "jokes" (the kind that are not directly targeted at anyone, but very salacious jokes).
It makes me uncomfortable sometimes, and although I'm far from being uptight, I'm convinced that it's not healthy for our culture. I'd like to share with leadership, how should I approach the topic? Thanks 🙂
