I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

Hi fishes, I had completed three rounds including hirevue test for jpmc, HR had asked to share previous payslips but they have not come back post that, will there be any updates from them

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

What does the Day 1 look like at JPMC ? Is the induction on Day 1 ? I've been sitting idle since the morning completing a few onboarding tasks, however the HR and the onboarding teams are non-responsive. Is it normal ?
